The plural of "mouse" was settled as "MICE" many years ago, when the mouse first came to prominence as a pointer device in (when? 1984?). But some authorities still say "mouses" is also correct. Nauseating. Use your ear. It has to be "mice".

There was also a famous character that hated those mices to pieces, and I have heard others call them mices.
