It's only 16Kb and when i tried opening it with a te4xt-editor and a hex-editor but it looked pretty empty with both. I found a lot of tools that claim to be able to repair doc files but i don't think there is enough to work with :( Also i have a feeling some are more likely to be malware than really doing what they claim. Have you been able to find the backup folder?
