I have downloaded all the mentioned version with the help files and checked their MD5 sums (all are good). I have attempted to install with and without Admin privileges and still each version dies at trying to start the Report Builder.
Between each install I use the Windows uninstaller to wipe out each version before I attempt to re-install a different version.
