Hi :)
Was there no option during the install process to allow all users??  I'm not 
sure how to get at that option and i am not even sure it really exists to be 
honest.  It's just what i read in a help guide that i know is out-of-date.  

I hope someone else is able to help soon!

I has installed the extension in the space for the administrator user, not
for all users.
