A fix for what? You are the one and only person who struggles with this
and you refuse to reset your user profile. Quite often unspecific
problems can be cured by a simple profile reset.
There have been reports about the skype program interfering with
spreadsheet clipboards (Excel and Calc).

Other reports describe similar problems related to some 3rd party
clipboard manager.
