Unfortunately, there's not an AppData folder in the path for any of the normal users on this computer. full searches of C: found a few for tech-support users, but no LibreOffice in any of them. Searching C: for LibreOffice also turns up nothing. If there was such a folder from the previous installation, this installation removed it.
