Thanks - this got it fixed! The path I used to "unhide" the folder was different: Explorer: Organize > Folder and search options > General > Navigation Pane > Show all folders and Explorer: Organize > Folder and search options > View > Advanced settings > Hidden files and folders ...
I would *never* have expected an AppData folder like this to be hidden!
