Of course, I see your point. Yet somehow despite the difficulty you highlight,  
everyday we receive support requests from people there and we do need 
volunteers who could help them by answering their questions or by redirecting 
them  here or to other support channels. 

If anyone here is interested please waive here or send me an email.  The 
LibreOffice project is run by volunteers mostly and this is an opportunity for 
you to help others; no skill in development required.
