I am experiencing the same issue. Installed LibreOffice is: Version: 5.0.3.2 Build ID: e5f16313668ac592c1bfb310f4390624e3dbfb75-GL Locale: en-US (en_US)
OS: Windows 10 Home 64bit I tried reinstalling LibreOffice, deleted the user settings, a different image format (jpg -> png), different documents (writer), and deselected Tools/Options/View/"Use OpenGL for all rendering" with no success. The problem started after the update from LibreOffice 5.0.2. Going back to 5.0.2 brought no difference (deleted user settings as well to force generating new ones).
