It's not even accessible with a Google account, at least not
with an arbitrary one. Here's what I get: --- You need permission to access this item. You are signed in as <my Google account>, but you don't have permission to access this item. You can request access from the owner or sign-in as a different user. --- (I've taken out my Google account above but trust me that I have one and that is is generally good enough to access Google docs and that I am logged in with it.)
