Hello,
we need to upgrade our old 6.2u5 installation in order to resolve
several limitations. We're most interested in cgroups support to limit
physical memory (instead of virtual) and core binding to support
multi-threaded applications.
Are these things supported in "Sun of Grid Engine"? What's the relation
feature-wise with Univa?
Lastly, is the typical upgrade path (backup->upgrade->restore) still
valid for 6.2u5 to SoGE 8.1.8?
