Unless you were worried about the ASCII line ending translation?  I
think Apache won't like it if you leave Windows line endings in there.  
Use ASCII as the transfer type, but most FTP clients will handle that
correctly for you.  I can't say anything specific about Dreamweaver's
FTP client.
