Well, you didn't told him about any modules but "so", so he didn't installed any. Now, php is a module on his own, so you should install php. See on www.php.org. MySQL... if you are not using it for authentication (aka: you are using mysql from PHP) then Apache doesn't need to know about him. SSL should be already installed, but you'll need to create a certificate to enable it. See the documentation about mod_ssl to create the certificate.
