Regarding Firewall, I'm not sure.  I will check with my team.  Can you
please tell me what impact this command will have?

Also, do you think that worker.ProspectService.socket_keepalive=True
will have any impact?

Also what kind of firewall do you use? IPTables? If yes please check
that you have something like this in your rules:
