I'm trying to use Apache 2.2.3 with mod_ntlm 0.2 with Firefox.
With Firefox, it doesn't work very well - the authentication works for the very first page, but when a second one is requested, I get a popup with user/pass prompt.
Apache error log says that "PDC connection already closed".
