Glad it is working! The fact that you needed to disable sendfile
indicates a problem with your apache build or that you are using a
non-standard filesystem. But it is no big deal to run without
sendfile.
Finally, just a little advice for the future to avoid generating
threads of this absurd length: give us more specific details off the
top. If you had told us the exact error message from the browser, we
wouldn't have assumed you meant a 404 (not found) error and gone off
on a wild goose chase in that direction. If you had told us that you
had just replaced 1.3 with 2.2 on the same machine, I wouldn't have
assumed networking problems.
