Hello, The file you are seeing is the index.html file stored in ~httpd/htdocs.
To setup domains, you need to add <VirtualHost> directives to your ~httpd/conf/httpd.conf file. Also, where are you hosting this? From your home, or elsewhere? Many ISP's block their clients from hosting web servers unless they have a static IP with them (which they usually charge an arm and a leg for). You can get around this by changing the port that Apache runs on to something like 8080 (e.g. http://yourdomain:8080/).
