Your modules are obviously not being compiled at the same time as the main server, which is leading to your problem. A couple notes on that: 1. You should just use 2.2, which does away with the whole EAPI confusion. 2. If you need more help, you'll need to specify exactly where you are getting apache from and how you are building it.
