In the access log I got was
68.197.41.131 - - [04/Dec/2007:02:24:46 -0500] "/test-bin/test-module
HTTP/1.0" 400 226

and the error log I got is
[error] [client 68.197.41.131] Invalid URI in request /test-bin/test-module
HTTP/1.0
