Location goes under Directory - same thing. 

>From the manual:

According to http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/mod_proxy.html#proxypass,
the ProxyPass directive can take place only in server config, virtual host 
definition, and a directory block. Location is not mentionned...
