I'm not going to go through your logs in detail, but it certainly
looks like the problem is links on the back-end server that break out
of the reverse proxy namespace. Although it uses ProxyPass rather than
RerwiteRule, this document should provide some useful background for
understanding the complexities of reverse proxies:
