Excellent.  Note; 11.1 != 10.2.

See README-win32.txt in your Apache2.2 directory.  Where it says other
versions /may/ work, we are usually talking about > 11.0 where Oracle has
chosen to maintain binary compatibility.  Perhaps 11.0, 11.2, even 12.0,
but I don't expect earlier than 11 to behave nicely.  Try it and see :)
