[users@httpd] ?????? ??????? ?? files in /tmp

Hi Members

I am getting ?????? ??????? ????.doc and ?????? ??????? ????.xls files in
/tmp parition. The owner of all these files are www . I am running apache on
centos . Does it indicate any security breach ?
