I think this has to do with the complete URI. When on the same network segment 
= http://192.168.123.7/sub and then propmted for cert and then the result in 
the address bar is 
https://192.168.123.7/sub/sub/en-US/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/sub/sub/en-US/Default.aspx
 
  
I dont want to run it on a different port and have users type that in! Any 
ideas?
