Nothing in these log lines indicates that your server is hosting website www.tv-house.ru. This hostname is in referer field, meaning that, for the first entry above, the request to /Uizz9n at your server was caused by user clicking a link on webpage with address http://www.tv-house.ru/detail/200/5437. This is, of course, somewhat simplified explanation and in case of malicious requests the referrer field is often bogus, but I would classify all this as typical "internet background noise" which is pretty much inevitable these days.
