Did you get these numbers using tdb2.tdbloader? My AVG number of triples per second when using tdb2.tdbloader is ~60K and it also seems to slow down over time (<30K) Which kind of computer did you get these numbers on? cpu, type of ram, disk (hdd, ssd)...
