It's not in our control. The INFRA team needs to create accounts
manually at this point, and we don't know at what cadence they find time
to do this. Sorry :(
If an account is create, I believe you should get an email.
We know that this current workaround is very tedious, but there is
unfortunately nothing we can do on our end.
Let me follow up on the Jira ticket.
