Hello, could someone explain me UDH in MMS indication from the example - 0605040B8423F0 I now , the bytes 1-3 describing length etc. but what means this B8423F0 (it's some ports number like 1582hex for operator logo ??). Where I find complete table with reserved port numbers (23F0 doesn't exists in SMS 3.0.0 spec.)
