I wanted to do MO/MT PSMS. For this I found that there is Stipe's patch on
2003-10-16 for SMPP to use special billing parameters.
But i cannot find exact place (link) from where i can download this patch.
Also, i download some earlier version having this billing parameters added.
But problems was that when i compile it i didn't get test_ppg binary which
normally gets created for stable version. This test_ppg binary is needed to
send wap push.
