Thanks for quick reply, It seems that there is some missundrestanding - by technical team I don' mean Developers, there is other rule and people in a software projects rather than just programmers, I mean anybody who may concerned in such technical issues.

do you use any modem or special SMSC ? you can post your information to list as a kannel user ;-) is it resonable or not ;-)

This is a tall order for any open source project.  It is unreasonable to ask the developers (I'm guessing that's who you mean by "technical team") to test so many different modems and SMSCs (there are hundreds, if not more).  They have already put in so much time developing a great product - don't burden them with requests that would only detract from the time spent developing.
