This pretty clearly states that your message was accepted by the SMPP gateway tele2. In order to figure out what happened, you must contact tele2.
The below output says "tele2 accepted this message with message_id 3AB76FF3." You may have to convert that from HEX to DECIMAL for them to look it up...

can you tell is my cannel congfig wrong or smsc is not well configuret to send my messages?
