You can:

1. Set enable-hwhs = ""... or enable-hwhs="AT"... This might or might not
work but it's worth a try.
2. Look up the correct setting at the Nokia AT Guide. You can find it at
the Nokia website.
3. Change the SIM cards of the 9110 & 9220 :)
