First of all, the sms-services seem to be the primary service routing mechanism, using "keywords". Are these keywords meaning the text content of the SMS itself? Is there no way to use some other param instead? Also I see wha I can run multiple smsboxes , and route the sms to a specific box, which would then I guess use the keyword mapping on a per box basis above.
