Ok, I've been analyzing with tshark what is happening.. If I filter the traffic on the 4342 port (on the interface eth0), I can see that that I send the Map-Register message to the Map-Server and that it replies me with the Map-Notify message. During a ping I can see the Encapsulated Map-Request and the Map-Reply coming from the RLOC of the pinged EID. Everything looks correct.
But if during the ping I filter the protocol ICMP on the interface lispTun0 I see only the Echo request messages that I send, while if I filter the protocol ICMP on the interface eth0 I see only the Echo reply messages coming from the pinged EID.. As a result the ping is not successful. Weird, isn't it?
