I've talked to the AVM support now, it's a bug in the firmware of the FritzBox and it will be fixed with a new release of FritzOS. The Fritzbox sets the IPv6 of itself as the "internal IPv6" of the exposed host when using EIDs. When using a tunnelbroker, it sets external and internal correctly and the traffic will be forwarded.
