Thank you very much. Your answer is very helpful! I think that when OpenSAF cluster powers up only 2 system controller are added in the cluster and no payload in it. Then we can use net-SNMP commands to add new payloads. But I meet some problems. If no payload is configured in NCSSystemBOM.xml and AppConfig.xml, OpenSAF on system controllers can't run. So my question is: "Is it possible to run OpenSAF without payload configured?" If OpenSAF can run, then how to configure it ? Best regards. These commands you provide works well. Paynode "PL_2_20" can run up. But this is only basic configuration. No application is configured on this node. It is empty and useless. And only one OpenSAF process is running: "/opt/opensaf/payload/bin/ncs_pcap NID_SVC_ID=18". Some HA-Aware applications should be added to this node. How to add "service group", "service unit", "service instance" etc. including all kinds of software components? For example: "CompT_SC_CPND", "CompT_SC_MQND", "CompT_SC_GLND", "safComp=CompT_IFND", "safComp=CompT_EDS", "safComp=CompT_AvSvDemo" etc. When "PL_2_20" is running, it is just like "PL_2_3" which is configured by XML files.
