John, These errors indicate that the CLI request got timedout. Basically these CLI requests are forwarded to MASV which inturn forwards to the AVSV module which processes the requests. When these CLI requests fail, there should be an indication of the reason why these failed in the log files of MASV**.log and AVD**.log
You could check them. Let know if you are still unable to makeout.
