If those models are like most other Baofengs, the FM Commercial Broadcast
receiver function is contained in a separate chip from the main radio
functions. At one point in time there was a shortage of those chips and the
radios didn't have commercial FM broadcast RX capability.

The bottom line is that the radio can't do what you're trying to do. Sorry.
