The H777H radios and the H777 (series) are different radios based on how they initiate cloning. I don't know anything about the A9294C, but I would suspect that it is either not supported yet or you are choosing the wrong model. The Supported Radio Models list shows... Retevis * H777 * H777 (FRS) (use Retevis H777 Plus) * H777 Plus * H777H_FRS * H777H_PMR * H777S If none of these choices work, then open a ticket and in addition to providing the debug log and other information that is requested, include as much information about the model as you can provide, (link to the listing that you bought it from, link to the factory software that works, etc).
