Not to start out. You should start out by opening a new ticket like I mentioned in my previous reply. Create an error using H777H_FRS selection and include the debug.log file. Then repeat for the H777H_PMR selection. And don't forget to include a link to the factory software. It works, right? With any luck this info will be enough to discover what is different and the appropriate support to be added.
