I have a raspberry pi that runs chirp with no problem. The Pi and a 10 inch touch screen were under $200.
I also have a Kamrui model AK1PLUS mini pc that runs on 12v dc and with a wireless keyboard & mouse and external monitor that also runs on 12v dc it is compact and very portable. The mini pc came with win11 installed.
