The reason I ask is I would like to see if it plays here. Do you have the fedora h264 repository installed and active? I just got an update on it today, so maybe the means to play it is available with that update. It is called fedora-cisco-openh264.repo You could try ffplay, part of the ffmpeg program. It is actively developed, and seems to get the latest codecs very quickly.
