In that case, simply adding a LOG OUT button on the task bar, all by
itself, so they don't have to go digging into the menus and pick the
wrong thing, may help.

Right-click the task bar, choose ADD TO PANEL, scroll down through the
window that pops up and find the LOG OUT thingy.
