There are firewalls that do TLS interception.
That is a man in the middle attack by your site to your connection,
they can read and manipulate all your traffic.

To make the OS trust that certificate, copy it to /etc/ssl/certs/
Maybe this path changes to /etc/pki, I am not sitting at a Fedora
machine at this time.

Browsers like Firefox have their own certificate store.
You can reach it via the settings and import the certificate there.
