Thank you. It's a strange enough thing to be doing that it made me wonder who would be telling you that, and why. A spoonful of context makes it much, much easier to understand.
And...to answer the question:  The numbers you want are:

UUID="5215-6D07"

without the quote marks. The UUIDs for VFAT partitions are two quads (2 X 4 char alphanumerics).
