It's now fixed and has been uploaded to codeplex. It was checking for the .net 
version to be greater than 2.0.50727.1434 whereas on XP SP3 it is actually 
2.0.50727.1433. I'm sorry about the snafu.

Yup - further confirmation.

I run the msi and it tells me it requires .NET 2 SP1. I run the .NET 2
SP1 installer and it tells me that it is already installed (I do have
.NET 3.5 installed).

Again on XP SP3.
