The ldd errors are unrelated to the non-existence of Sybase.pm, as we cannot distribute the Sybase libs due to license issues manual adjustment is required here. Regarding the non-existence of Sybase.pm please try pkginfo -l CSWpm-dbd-sybase-freetds pkgchk CSWpm-dbd-sybase-freetds and grep CSWpm-dbd-sybase-freetds /var/sadm/install/contents and post the results.
