Hi Vincent,
are you sure you enabled "short_open_tag = On ;" in your php.ini (
/etc/php5/apache2/php.ini ) and restarted apache/httpd service ?

I am not familiar with web environment then I don't know how these
variables are supposed to be defined
Here is my dispatcher table data (set_id=1)

These 2 lines are correctly displayed in opensips-cp but "edit" and
"delete" are not available
