Same as what I'm trying to set it to, 32mb. 

Unless it's just an aesthetic thing? The UI says 5mb but I haven't actually 
tried to test it. 

The reason I worry and haven't tested it is because under Apache, I could 
adjust it no sweat. And the UI reflected it always. Not now. Perhaps I need to 
test it with something bigger than 5mb.
