Justin, I'm actually rsync'ing *.pom off one of the mirrors (I think I used ibiblio). I'm not running the rsync very often at the moment as performance seems to fluctuate quite a bit. I'm open to any suggestions/ideas about improving this, but this seemed like the easiest way to get going at the time.
